What is your return policy?
We highly take pride on the quality of all our products. Please be sure to check the condition of the purchased product upon receiving.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us through our email hai@roona.id within 3 business days of when purchased items have been received to your location. Do include the order ID and the reasons of why you would like to return your order. Delivery fees are non-refundable, postage charges for returning the product. We only accept exchanges when the products is intact and in saleable condition.
